November the 30th 2008, Josh Dragoo buys into the Perkiomen Cafe as a "Full Partner". Josh will assume the duties of Operations Manager. Josh brings with him 10 years of Kitchen Experience. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary School in 1999 and spent time at the "Pirates House Restaurant" and "45 South", two Fine Dinning Establishments in Savannah, Georgia. He then helped manage the kitchen at "The Olde Greenfield Inn" in Lancaster. Josh now lives in Phoenixville and brings all his kitchen experience to the Perkiomen Cafe. We're very pleased with his addition to the staff.
